2022 Floral Therapy

Before you step into 2022, take a chance to experience mindfulness through breath work and floral art creation! We will be making a floral bloom box which can be gifted to your friend or love one, tagged along with words of affirmation! Before we end the 1.5hr workshop, we will have a goal setting session where we get to focus on what we want in 2023! 

As part of the season of giving, this class is priced at $50 to cover materials and transportation fees. This is to allow as many people possible to get the chance to unwind, focus and gain clarity before stepping into 2023.
